We are delighted to have won the award for ‘AML Solution of the Year’ by Risk.net in the Asia Risk Awards 2022!
The announcement, which came on 27 September 2022 at the Awards’ ceremony event, is a welcome validation of our work in APAC, and globally, to bring innovation to anti-money laundering (AML).
The Asia Risk Technology Awards recognize vendors that are doing the most to help the industry meet its various challenges in innovative and forward looking ways.
The judging panel considered not only performance, but crucially the impact a company is having on the market and market development. Key judging criteria also included:
- Innovation: looking beyond the ordinary in approaching existing or new business opportunities.
- Risk management: a clear demonstration of the sound risk management practices that lie beyond the innovation.
- Client references and feedback: how well innovations meet client needs, including satisfaction of customer service.
- Cross-asset structuring: mobilization of the global markets business to move beyond a single asset class.
Past winners of these prestigious accolades include Credit Suisse, Société Générale, Standard Chartered, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Bloomberg, UBS, BNY Mellon, and more.
The fact that over a third of our customers are in Asia, an extremely fragmented and complex regulatory market, is testament to the flexibility and effectiveness of the Napier platform.
Our innovative financial crime compliance platform, along with our high standards for solution delivery, enables quality, accurate AML investigations to be carried out by our colleagues in law enforcement, financial services, and regulation.
Napier’s focus on ethical development and building products from the ground up, with limited exposure to open source code, reflects our acknowledgement of the gravity of our mission to combat financial crime.
